Phonewatch wanted to promote their new alarm system, one that protected against floods and fire as well as burglary. Avoiding focusing on these granular details, our creative solution instead alluded to the comprehensive protection it offers by humorously highlighting the few things it doesn’t protect against; irrational and absurd concerns like an alien invasion or a zombie apocalypse.
While helping to deliver a distinctive look and feel, adopting a 1950s B-movie aesthetic also reinforced the comic tone.
